Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute PelicanCorp’s North American business development strategy to drive sustained growth.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential markets and opportunities, creating targeted approaches to expand PelicanCorp’s footprint.
- Act as a thought leader, influencing both internal and external stakeholders on the value of our solutions.
Revenue Ownership
- Own revenue and profitability goals, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution to ensure financial targets are met or surpassed.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a dedicated business development team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across the sales organization.
Client and Market Engagement
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with key clients, positioning PelicanCorp as a trusted partner.
- Represent PelicanCorp at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, driving brand awareness and thought leadership.
Collaboration and Insights
- Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to refine solutions based on client feedback and market trends.

What You Bring to the Table
Extensive Experience
- 7+ years in business development, sales leadership, or a related field, with a strong track record in SaaS or software solutions.
